By using the Dynamic Duo website, shop, AI assistant, media tools, and any related services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here with the updated date.

You need an account to save uploads, track orders, subscribe, and use some AI features. Keep your login details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Administrators are assigned by Dynamic Duo. Admin accounts have extra tools and responsibilities and must follow the same rules as everyone else.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the AI tools, or attempt to harm the site or other users.

Prices are shown at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscription plans bill automatically on the schedule you choose.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Digital products such as 4K Studio credits and Ultra Pass access are delivered immediately and are generally not refundable once used.

Physical products are shipped to the address you provide. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

You own the photos, videos, prompts, and other content you upload. We need a license to host, display, resize, and generate thumbnails of that content so the site can work.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, including copyrighted images, private information about others, or illegal material.

Dynamic Duo owns the branding, characters, comic artwork, product designs, recipes, and site code. You may not copy, mirror, or resell them without written permission.

The 4K Art Studio and collage generator are for creating original cleaning-related art, mockups, banners, and marketing materials. Do not use them to generate illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or copyrighted material.

Generated output is provided 'as is.' We do not guarantee that every generation will be perfect or suitable for every use. Review output before using it commercially.

Administrators may generate unlimited content for the site. Standard users are limited by their plan.

Use the site honestly. Do not scrape, hack, spam, overload, or reverse-engineer it. Do not try to bypass quotas, locks, or admin controls.

The Transfer Dock is for your own devices and trusted recipients. Do not use it to distribute malware or unwanted content.

Cleaning advice from SUDS-9 and the site is for general guidance. Always follow product labels, ventilate rooms, and keep chemicals away from children and pets.

Dynamic Duo provides the site and products on an 'as available' basis. We do our best to keep everything running, but we are not liable for downtime, data loss, or issues caused by factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue, or $100 if you did not pay.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If there is a dispute, we hope to resolve it directly. Contact us first. If we cannot resolve it informally, disputes will be handled in the courts of Hartford County, Connecticut.
