How the recycle loop works
1 · You pledge
Tell us what you've got — half-used gallons, empty spray bottles, towels, a tired vacuum, or a few dollars.
2 · We collect
Crew pickup across Hartford CT and all surrounding areas, or drop it to us on your way past.
3 · It grows
Bottles get sanitised and refilled, textiles get laundered, chemicals get decanted into our bulk program.
4 · It helps
Gear and funded hours go to seniors, single parents and new cleaners building their own kit.
Growing the loop
- Bottles are sanitised, relabelled and refilled from bulk gallons.
- Textiles are laundered at 60°C and returned to the truck, not the landfill.
- Funds pay crew hours for free cleans — no admin cut.
- Every pickup is logged so you can ask for your recycling receipt any time.
What we can't take
Unlabelled chemicals, opened bleach mixes, anything leaking, or anything you wouldn't want in your own cupboard. Safety first — the crew hauls it, so keep it sealed.
