Dynamic Duo Cleaning Services LLC runs this site. We collect only what we need to run the shop, power SUDS-9, handle uploads, and ship orders. We do not sell your personal data. We keep it only as long as needed, and we give you ways to delete or export it.

SUDS-9 can read hints and answers aloud using your browser's built-in speech synthesis. That happens on your device; no voice recording is sent to our servers.

If you use voice input to ask SUDS-9 a question, the audio is processed by your device's speech-to-text engine or by the AI service we use. We do not store voice recordings. Text transcripts may be logged temporarily to improve answers and are removed within 30 days.

You can turn spoken dialogue on or off at any time using the speaker icon in the site header.

When you upload a photo or video to the Media Vault, Art Studio, or any customer area, we store it so you can view, edit, tag, and download it. Uploads are scanned for malware and obvious security threats before they are shown to anyone.

You keep ownership of what you upload. By uploading, you give us permission to host, resize, generate thumbnails, and display it to you and anyone you choose to share it with.

Administrators can upload media for the public catalog. Public uploads are reviewed before they appear on the site.

We keep uploaded files until you delete them or close your account. Deleted files are removed from active storage within 30 days and are not used to train AI models without your permission.

The Transfer Dock lets you hand off photos, videos, and other data using Web Bluetooth and Screen Capture APIs. These connections happen directly between your device and the receiving device or browser.

We do not store the contents of a transfer on our servers. We may log that a transfer happened (time, rough device type, and success/failure) so we can troubleshoot connection issues.

Only start a transfer with a device you trust. Treat the dock like handing someone a USB stick: if you would not plug it into their computer, do not beam it to their screen.

When you buy products, subscriptions, or digital passes, we collect your email, shipping address, payment confirmation, and order history. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor; we never store the full card number.

Order and subscription data is kept for accounting, tax, and support purposes for as long as required by law, usually at least 7 years.

If you cancel a subscription, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds follow the policy shown at checkout.

The 4K Art Studio and collage generator use AI models to create images from your prompts. We send your prompt and any uploaded reference image to the AI provider to generate the result.

Generated images are stored in your account. Free generations are counted against your plan limit. Administrators have unlimited generation for site content.

Do not use the generator to create harmful, illegal, or copyrighted material. We reserve the right to remove generated content that violates these rules.

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and save settings like logo motion speed. We also track anonymous page views and clicks to improve the site.

You can clear cookies from your browser at any time. Some features may not work without them.

You can request a copy of your data, correct mistakes, or ask us to delete your account by emailing privacy@dynamicduo.example. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are in a region with extra privacy rights (such as the EU or California), those rights apply in addition to what is written here.
